  1. 8 medium baking potatoes

  2. 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

  3. 3 green onions , chopped

  4. 1 Tbsp. minced cilantro

  5. 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour or until tender.

  2. MEANWHILE, mix remaining ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. SPLIT potatoes. Serve topped with the sour cream mixture.
