  1. 1 lg head of cauliflower ( 1 1/2 bags frozen)

  2. 14 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  3. 1 can cream of celery soup

  4. 1/3 cup mayo

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. 1 tsp curry powder (or more if you prefer)

  7. 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  8. 2 tbsp butter , melted

  1. mix everything but bread crumbs and butter and put in a casserole dish.

  2. mix bread crumbs and melted butter.

  3. pour crumbs ontop of the cauliflower.

  4. bake for 1 hour at 325f
