  1. Sealord crumbed or battered hoki fillets

  2. Wedges

  3. Tartare Sauce:

  4. 1 cup aioli or mayonnaise

  5. 1 diced gherkin

  6. 2 tbsp capers

  7. 1 tbsp chopped red onion

  8. Salt and pepper

  1. Cook your favourite Sealord crumbed or battered hoki fillets and wedges according to the pack instructions.

  2. Mix the tartare sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Serve the hoki fillets and wedges with a dollop of tartare sauce and a leafy green salad on the side.
