  6. grams 30-40 plain chocolate bars (eg. dairy milk)

  7. grams 100 sugar

  1. Melt the chocolate bars in a double boiler method.

  2. add butter to the chocolate paste.

  3. In a seperate bowl whisk the eggs and sugar so that sugar dissolves completely.

  4. to the above mixture add chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.

  5. now add maida litlle by little and mix so that no lumps are formed.

  6. preheat the oven at 180C.

  7. Now pour the mixture into greased(with butter or ghee) muffin trays(If you dont have muffin trays tea cups also works well) as it should be for individual servings.

  8. now bake it for 10-15 min so that only outer layer is baked.

  9. this like chocolate oozes out when you bite into it.
