  1. 1 sm. chicken

  2. 2 oz. butter

  3. 1 lemon

  4. 2 oz. ginger

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 1/2 lb. plain yogurt

  7. 1 tsp. red chili powder

  8. 4 oz. papaya

  9. 2 oz. garlic

  1. Clean chicken. Grind papaya, ginger, garlic, chilies and salt into a fine paste. Mix in the yogurt. Add the lime juice and butter. Rub chicken with the paste. Cover the chicken and keep aside. Put in a dish and bake until ready. Serve warm.
