  3. 1/4 cup White vinegar

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  5. 1 tablespoon Prepared mustard

  6. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  8. 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne (red) pepper

  9. 2 tablespoons Butter

  10. 1/2 cup Catsup

  11. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

  12. 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke

  1. SECONDARY INGREDIENTS (NOTE Simmer first set of ingredients for 20 minutes, then add the secondary ingredients. Remove lemon slice and baste fish and barbeque, basting with the sauce as needed.
