    1. 2 cups 474ml Ketchup

    2. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Powdered sugar

    3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

    4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco sauce -see note

    5. 6 tablespoons 90ml Molasses

    6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic salt

    7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Liquid grill smoke** See note

    1. Recipe Instructions * Use more Tabasco sauce if you like it hotter. ** Liquid Smoke is optional. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until boiling. Keep warm on low heat until ready To serve, pour sauce over grilled meat or poultry.
