  1. 4 ounces no-boil lasagna pasta sheets

  2. 1 tablespoon butter

  3. 2 cups tomato sauce

  4. 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese or besciamelle sauce

  5. 1 cup grated Parmigiano cheese

  6. salt and pepper

  7. 5 leaves fresh basil

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. Butter a bread pan, and then and cover the bottom with a thin layer of tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

  3. Layer a sheet of no boil lasagna, and then add 1/4 of the tomato sauce and 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and 1/4 of the freshly grated Parmigiano. Cover with a sheet of lasagna and keep layering, alternating the tomato and cheeses with the pasta. The last layer will be a mix of the cheeses and tomato sauce sprinkled with the basil.

  4. Cover in aluminum foil and cook 35 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
