  2. Premium Oyster Sauce

  3. 1 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  4. 1 tsp Sauce Mix

  5. Double Deluxe Soy Sauce

  6. 2 tbsp Water

  7. 1 tbsp Sugar

  8. 1 1/2 tsp Corn starch

  9. 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade. Peel hard edges from ribs of carambola. Cut crosswise to get star-like thin slices. Remove seeds.

  2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in peach, carambola, sauce mix and heat through.
