  1. You can't put your finger on the taste right away, hence, the name.

  2. Add cheese , salt and pepper, & butter to mashed carrots.

  3. Place in a 1 qt.

  4. buttered baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with the additional butter.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.

  7. Bake @ 350 for 40 min.
