  8. 1 c Soft bread crumbs

  9. 1 T Butter or margarine

  10. 1/2 Clove garlic,

  11. -peeled and crushed

  12. 2 T Finely chopped onion

  13. 2/3 c Condensd Cheddar cheese soup

  14. 4 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained

  15. 1/4 c Milk

  16. 2 T Dry sherry

  17. 1 T Chopped parsley

  18. 1/2 c Cooked peas, drained

  19. 1 1/2 c Cooked lobster, canned,

  20. Fresh or frozen, cubed

  21. 1. In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl melt the 2

  22. tablespoons butter in Microwave Oven for 15 seconds.

  23. 2. Place soft bread crumbs in melted butter and coat with butter.

  24. Set aside.

  25. 3. In a deep, 2 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole

  26. 1 tablespoon butter. Heat

  27. 15 seconds in Microwave Oven.

  28. 4. Add onion and garlic to melted butter and heat, uncovered, in

  29. Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until onion is tender.

  30. 5. Stir soup and mushrooms into onions and garlic.

  31. 6. Gradually blend in milk, sherry and parsley.

  32. 7. Add peas to soup mixture.

  33. 8. Add lobster and bread crumb mixture to soup mixture.

  34. Stir to combine all ingredients.

  35. 9. Heat, uncovered, in Micro-rvave Oven 5 minutes or until sauce
