    1. 1 cup water

    2. 1/4 cup butter or margarine

    3. 1 large egg

    4. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    5. 1 1/4 teaspoons almond extract

    6. 1 teaspoon salt

    7. 3 3/4 cups bread flour

    8. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

    9. 3 tablespoons dry milk

    10. 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

    11. 3/4 cup golden raisins

    12. 1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest

    1. Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer of your bread machine. Select Sweet or Basic setting and desired Crust Color setting; press start.
