  1. 1 cup Dry mustard

  2. cup Brown sugar, firmly packed

  3. 1 teaspoon Salt

  4. teaspoon Tumeric

  5. 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar

  6. cup Flat beer

  1. Mix dry mustard, brown sugar, salt and tumeric together in a bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with vinegar to moisten. Continue moistening with flat beer.
