  6. 4 Eggs -- separated

  7. 1 teaspoon Lemon peel

  8. 1 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk

  9. 1/3 cup Lemon juice

  10. 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

  11. 2/3 cup Zweiback crumbs

  12. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

  13. 2 tablespoon Butter -- melted

  14. Beat egg yolks and combine with condensed milk. Add lemon rind, juice, vanilla

  15. and nutmeg. Blend well.

  16. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Set aside. Combine melted butter and 8-inch square or 9-inch round cake pan with

  17. half the crumbs. Pour in reserved filling mixture and sprinkle with remaining

  18. 325 F ofr

  19. 30 minutes.

  20. Turn off heat;let cool for one hour in oven with door closed. Makes 8
