  1. Crockpot Swiss steak Yield: 4 Servings

  2. 2 lb round steak (cut in pieces)

  3. 3 tb flour

  4. 2 tb oil

  5. 1 cn tomatoes,

  6. 16 oz, chopped

  7. 1 lg onion, chopped fine

  8. 2 celery stalks, chop fine

  9. 1 tb Dijon mustard

  10. 2 tb wine vinegar

  11. 2 Beef bouillon cubes

  12. 1 tb Worcestershire sauce

  13. 1 bay leaf

  14. salt

  15. pepper

  16. Season meat with salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour. Heat oil

  17. in large skillet. Brown meat in batches so as not to crowd in pan.

  18. Add to crockpot with remaining ingredients.

  19. 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with chopped

  20. parsley and serve with boiled, herbed potatoes.
