  8. 6 Hard-Boiled Eggs -- chopped

  9. 1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper -- chopped

  10. 1/4 Cup Ripe Olives -- chopped

  11. 1/4 Cup Green Onions -- chopped

  12. 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise

  13. 1 Teaspoon Salt

  14. 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  15. 6 Medium Tomatoes -- peeled

  16. 6 Large Ripe Olives

  17. Combine eggs, greenn pepper, olives, and onions. Blend mayonnaise,

  18. salt, and black pepper; add to egg mixture. Chill at least 1 hour. Cut peeled tomatoes into three sections like petals; do not cut all the way

  19. through. Fill tomatoes with chilled filling. Top with a ripe olive on

  20. a toothpick. Serves 6.
