  1. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese , softened

  2. 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar

  3. 2 (6 ounce) packages baker premium white baking chocolate , melted

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

  5. 1 cup pecans , toasted and chopped

  6. 8 drops yellow food coloring

  7. 4 drops red food coloring

  1. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.

  2. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition.

  3. Add white chocolate, vanilla, pecans, and food coloring; mix well.

  4. Spread in a foil-lined 8 inch square pan.

  5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

  6. Cut into squares.
