  1. 100 g low-fat plain yogurt

  2. 25 ml white wine vinegar

  3. 1/4 tsp salt

  4. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  5. 3 tbsp finely chopped dill

  6. 1/4 lemons , juice only

  7. 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together to make a smooth dressing.
