  1. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Onion - chopped

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Garlic - minced

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Chili powder

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cumin

  5. 2 cups 474ml Frozen peas

  6. 1/3 cup 78ml Water

  7. 4 teaspoons 20ml Fresh lemon juice

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Avocado - chopped (large)

  9. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Tomato - diced

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt - or to taste

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook first four ingredients in a non-stick pan over medium heat until onion is soft. Add the peas and the water. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Puree in a blender until smooth. Let cool and add remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
