  1. Ingredients in order of cooking process

  2. 100g smoked salmon, cut into bite sized pieces

  3. 2 middle sized vine tomatoes, thinly sliced

  4. 1 large avocado, remove stone, skin, and thinly sliced (see photo)

  5. 1/4 medium onion, very finely sliced

  6. 1/2 lemon, juiced on avocado

  7. Your favourite dressing, as you like

  8. Black pepper

  1. First spread the salmon pieces on a suitable plate and cover them with tomatoes, then avocado slices (dressed with lemon juice) in an attractive ring around the plate , finally place the very finely sliced onions in the middle part covering the other ingredients. Season with black pepper and your choice of salad dressing - Enjoy!
