  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1/2 cup ketchup

  3. 2 tbsp. brown sugar

  4. 1 tbsp. white vinegar

  5. 1 tbsp. curry powder

  6. 2 tbsp. cornstarch

  7. 1 1/2 cup water

  1. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the beef. Drain off the fat and add the remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the mixture reaches a desired thickness. Serve over steamed rice. Top with sliced bananas and coconut, if desired.
