  7. 1 1/4 lb. chicken breasts

  8. chicken stock or water

  9. 3 chipole chiles -- rinsed or rehydrated

  10. 1 large poblano -- roasted and chopped

  11. 1 habaneros

  12. 2 Tbl. sour cream

  13. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  14. 1 Tbl. lime juice -- fresh

  15. Poach chicken in water or stock. Let cool enough to handle and pull meat from

  16. bones, discarding skin and bones. Process everything but the chicken. Add

  17. chicken in chunks and process to chunky texture. Serve with tomato and a

  18. 1 hab for the hotluck, it had

  19. a nice tingle when tasted by itself, but became pretty mild when compared with

  20. the other dishes.
