  7. 2/3 cup Margarine

  8. 2/3 cup Flour

  9. 7 cups Milk

  10. 4 large Baking potatoes; baked -- peel

  11. 4 Green onions -- sliced

  12. 12 Bacon slices; cooked -- crumbl

  13. 1 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese -- shredded

  14. 1 cup Sour cream

  15. 3/4 teaspoon Salt

  16. 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

  17. In a large soup kettle, melt the margarine. Stir in flour; heat and stir until

  18. smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add potatoes

  19. and onions. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 10

  20. minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheese in melted.

  21. Serve immediately.
