  1. 1 1/2 cups wheat flour

  2. 1 cup rye flour

  3. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  4. 2 teaspoons oregano

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 2 teaspoons oil

  7. 1 1/2 cups water

  8. 2 -3 slices ham , chopped

  9. 1/4 cup chopped tomato

  10. 1/4 cup red onion , chopped

  11. 1/4 cup cheese , chopped

  12. 1/4 cup mushroom , chopped

  13. 1/4 cup artichoke , chopped

  1. Blend all the dry ingredient in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add liquids and stir until everything has blended well but do not over mix.

  3. Add the filling(s) of your choice, for example onions and cheese, ham and mushrooms or other combinations you like.

  4. Fill in 8 - 12 muffinforms and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
