  1. 1 package Hot Italian Premio Sausage -

  2. 1 chopped green bell paper -

  3. 1 chopped red bell pepper -

  4. 6 cloves garlic minced -

  5. 1 16 ounce box of cooked ziti -

  6. 1 8 ounce tomato sauce can -

  7. 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese -

  8. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  1. Heat skillet medium heat, place sausage links in pan, cook 10 min turning sausage as needed. Prick with fork to allow juices to escape. Slice sausage in pan and cook for 30 min. Add green and red bell pepper, and garlic. Simmer 10 min. Add cooked zita and tomato sauce. Simmer 20 min. Put half mixture in pan add both cheeses, and then pour in rest of mixture. Heat oven 350 degrees, cover pan. Cook for 12 min. Serves 8 people.
