  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Lean sirloin steak - cut 1 1/2" cubes

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Red onion - cut 1" cubes (large)

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Green and red bell peppers - cut 1" squares (large)

  4. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Mushrooms - stems removed

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Low-calorie Italian salad dressing

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Burgundy wine

  1. Place cubed meat and prepared vegetables together in a shallow dish.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing and the wine; blend well. Pour the marinade over the meat and vegetables. Cover, refrigerate, and let marinate for at least 8 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Alternate the meat and vegetables on 6 skewers. Grill kababs over medium heat, turning often, for 15 to 20 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Arrange on a platter and serve.
