  1. 1 pint cherry or raspberry ice cream, softened

  2. 1 Keebler Ready Crust Shortbread Pie Crust

  3. 2/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted*, divided

  4. 1 pint peach ice cream, softened

  1. Carefully spread cherry or raspberry ice cream in crust. Sprinkle with half of almonds. Freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.

  2. Spread peach ice cream over almonds. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Freeze at least 3 hours or until firm.

  3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.

  4. *NOTE: To toast almonds, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
