  1. 2 Whole broiler-fryer breasts,

  2. -halved, boned and skinned

  3. 1/2c Pecan pieces, fineluy

  4. -chopped

  5. 1/3c Seasoned bread crumbs

  6. 1 ts Grated orange peel

  7. 1/4ts Salt

  8. 1/4ts Paprika

  9. 1/4c Honey

  10. 1 tb Orange juice

  11. 1 Container (12 oz) -cranberry-orange sauce

  1. + In shallow dish, mix together pecans, bread crumbs, orange peel, salt and paprika; set aside.

  2. In small bowl, mix honey and orange juice.

  3. Lightly spread honey mixture over chicken pieces; place chicken in crumb mixture, turning to coat on all sides.

  4. Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish.

  5. Cover with wax paper and cook on high 9-10 minutes, rotating dish halfway through cooking time.

  6. Let stand 2 minutes.

  7. Test chicken for doneness.

  8. If necessary, cook chicken on high 1 to 2 minutes longer or until fork tender.

  9. Arrange on serving platter.

  10. Top with a small amount of cranberry-orange sauce; pass remaining sauce.

  11. Makes 4 servings.
