  1. 1/3 cup 78ml Vinegar

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Salad oil

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sugar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Onion flakes

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Celery salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco pepper sauce

  9. 4 cups 948ml Cabbage - shredded*

  10. 1 Carrot - grated

  11. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Green pepper - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions * red and/or green In bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, onion flakes, salt, dry mustard, celery salt, TABASCO sauce. Mix well. Add cabbage, carrot and pepper. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate. Toss again before serving.
