  1. 2 cups flour

  2. 1 tsp baking powder

  3. 1/4 tsp. baking soda

  4. 1 tsp. salt

  5. 10 Tbsp. (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter

  6. 2 cups (packed) dark brown sugar

  7. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  9. 3/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped

  10. 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  11. 1 cup butterscotch chips

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour a 9x13" baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a large, heavy bottomed pot over low heat. Remove saucepan from heat and add the sugar, whisking to blend well. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract. With a wooden spoon, stir in the flour mixture, pecans, cranberries, and chips just until combined. Do not over-mix. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Place pan in oven and bake about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Cool blondies in pan on a wire rack before cutting.
