    1. 1 lb. pasta (red and green preferable)

    2. 1 lb. cooked, cleaned shrimp (bay)

    3. 1/2 lb. steamed bay scallops

    4. 1 leek, trimmed, cleaned and chopped

    5. 2 c. mayonnaise

    6. 1/4 c. tomato paste

    7. Salt and white pepper to taste

    8. 1 tsp. dry mustard

    9. 1/2 tsp. tarragon

    1. Cook pasta to “al dente” stage. Drain; rinse and cool. Toss in the shrimp, scallops and leeks. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Add to pasta-seafood mixture and combine thoroughly. Chill several hours.
