  1. 3 slices white sandwich bread, toasted

  2. 12 slices bacon: cooked, drained and crumbled

  3. 3 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

  4. 1 cup reduced fat processed cheese spread

  5. 5 large eggs

  6. 1/2 cup fat free half and half

  7. 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce

  8. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  9. 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

  10. 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Lightly coat a 9 inch deep pie dish with vegetable cooking spray. Break toast into pieces to fit bottom of dish. Top with crumbled bacon, hash browns and cheese. In a medium bowl, combine last seven ingredients. Whisk until well blended. Pour over bacon mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night. To bake, remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before cooking. Bake 30-35 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.
