  1. 1 lb asparagus

  2. 1 lb broccoli

  3. 1/2 lb mushroom , sliced

  4. 1 small can black olives , sliced

  5. 1 red pepper, chopped

  6. 1 cup shrimp , cooked and peeled

  7. 1/2 cup olive oil

  8. 1 teaspoon red chili pepper , crushed

  9. 1 lb penne pasta , cooked and drained

  10. 3 garlic cloves , minced parmesan cheese , grated

  11. 1/2 cup Italian parsley , chopped

  1. Steam asparagus and broccoli until just tender. Rinse in cold water. Chop into bite size pieces.

  2. Mix next 8 ingredients.

  3. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.

  4. Chill until ready to serve. ?
