  1. 1 chai tea bag

  2. 200ml (7 fl oz) boiling water

  3. 2 tablespoons goats' milk

  4. 1 tablespoon demerara sugar

  5. 1 pinch ground cardamom

  1. Place the tea bag in a large mug and pour in the boiling water. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the goats milk and sugar. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom.
