  1. puff pastry shells (Pepperidge Farms in the freezer section - you bake them according to package instructions

  2. 2 cups cooked chicken , chopped

  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  4. 1/4 cup chopped green pepper

  5. 1 can mushroom s, undrained

  6. 8 oz cream cheese

  7. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  8. 2 TBSP cooking sherry

  9. 1 cup frozen pea s, cooked

  1. Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions.

  2. Saute onion and green pepper until tender.

  3. Add cream cheese to pan and cook until it melts 4. Add cream of mushroom soup and mushroom (including liquid) and stir, cook until heated through 5. Add chicken and sherry.

  4. Add frozen peas, cooked 7. Serve with puff pastry shells
