  1. 2 Ripe avocados (large)

  2. 1 Garlic - mashed

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Fresh lime juice

  4. 1 Jalapeno - seeded and diced

  5. 2 Tomatoes - seeded and chopped

  6. 1 Red onion - chopped fine (small)

  7. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Fresh cilantro leaves - finely chopped Salt and freshly ground pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Halve and pit avocados and scoop flesh into a large bowl. Mash avocado with a fork and stir in remaining ingredients, combining well. Chill covered with plastic wrap for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day. Stir guacamole well and serve with tortilla chips. Yield: about 3 cups
