  1. 4 pounds pork baby back ribs

  2. 2 tablespoons paprika

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons white pepper

  4. 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  5. 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  6. 2 teaspoons onion powder

  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

  9. 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  10. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Prepare coals or preheat grill. Place grill rack 4 to 6 inches from heat source. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces.

  2. In a pie or other shallow dish, combine paprika, white pepper, Cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dried oregano, dried thyme and black pepper. Rub and press spice mixture into both sides of pork chops.

  3. Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 minutes, for 1 1/2 hours.
