  3. 2 Ribs celery, finely chopped

  4. 1 md Carrot, chopped

  5. 1 sm Onion, sliced thin

  6. 1/4 ts Garlic salt

  7. 1/2 ts Tarragon

  8. 1/2 c Fat-free sour cream

  9. 1/2 c Fat-free mayonnaise

  10. 1/4 c White wine or water

  11. 1/2 c Slivered almonds, toasted

  12. 1/4 c Bread crumbs

  13. 1/8 c Grated parmesan

  14. 1-1/2 qt. casserole, top with a mixture of the bread crumbs and parmesan, and bake at
