  1. 504 g package refrigerated sugar cookie dough, divided

  2. 2/3 cup strawberry jam

  3. 3/4 cup granola cereal without raisins

  4. 3/4 cup peanut butter chips

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Grease foil. Press 2/3 of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread jam over dough, leaving a 1/4 inch margin around edges. Stir together the remaining cookie dough, granola and peanut butter chips until blended. Crumble over jam. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan on a rack. Lift bars from pan using foil. Peel off foil and cut into bars.
