  3. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Chopped celery

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped onion

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Diced cooked potatoes

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Pickle liquid

  8. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Lemon juice

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  1. Recipe Instructions Mix rabbit, pickle, celery, onion, potatoes, and salt lightly. Mix pickle liquid, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, and pour on. Chill for 1 hour. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
