  1. 8 oz 227g Plain yogurt

  2. 2 Cucumber

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Green onion

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh dill weed

  1. Spread yogurt thickly over several layers of paper towels; cover with another layer of paper towels.

  2. Let stand 5 min. Scrape yogurt into a medium bowl.

  3. Add cucumbers, green onions, and pepper; stirring well, fold in dill. Cover and chill 1 hour.
