  1. 2 Unflavored gelatin

  2. 1/3 cup 78ml Lemon juice

  3. 2 3/4 cups 651ml Water

  4. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Cider vinegar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  7. 2 cups 474ml Finely shredded cabbage

  8. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Chopped celery

  9. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped green pepper

  10. 1 Sliced pimientos (1 jar)

  1. Recipe Instructions Drain and chop the jar of pimientos. In medium saucepan, soften gelatin in lemon juice; t stand 1 minute. Over low heat, cook until gelatin dissolves. Add water, sugar, vinegar and salt; stir until sugar dissolves. Chill until partially set. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold. Chill until set, about 3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.
