    6. 3/4 c Sugar

    8. 1 tb Milk or cream

    9. 1/4 ts Salt

    10. 2 c Flour

    11. 1/4 ts Nutmeg OR 1 ts Vanilla extract

    12. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in egg, then milk. Add vanilla.

    13. Blend salt and nutmeg into flour. Mix flour into dough. Knead, then

    14. 20 min. Shape dough. Bake at

    15. 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
