  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Large shrimp

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped garlic

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Fresh parsley

  4. 1 Hot sauce

  5. 1 cup 237ml Olive oil

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oregano

  8. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tomato paste

  9. 4 tablespoons 60ml Lemon juice Pepper to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a glass dish. Marinade 2 hours at room temperature. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn and broil more. Shrimp can be served over rice with green salad and Italian bread. Mrs. Robert F Lewis
