  3. 1 tbsp packed brown sugar

  4. 2 (8- or 10-oz) bags shredded red cabbage

  6. 1 (8-oz) container deli-sliced roast beef , cut into strips

  7. 2 tbsp unsalted dry-roasted peanut s

  1. To make the dressing, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl.

  2. Combine the cabbage and mint in a large bowl. Add half the dressing and toss to coat. Top with the beef and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Sprinkle with the peanuts and serve at once.
