  1. 1-1/4 cups milk

  2. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  3. 1 egg yolk

  4. 1 cup flour

  5. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  6. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/2 cup raspberries

  9. 1 egg white

  1. How to make it Mix milk, oil and egg yolk together. Combine dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients in large bowl. Mix together until dry ingredients are just wet then mix in raspberries. Beat egg white until it forms stiff peaks then fold egg white into mixture but do not over mix. Heat griddle until the point where a few drops of water put on pan immediately sizzle off. Pour pancakes by 1/4 cup on to heated griddle then flip pancakes when bubbles appear on edge. Serve warm with butter and your favorite syrup.
