  1. 2 large grapefruit

  2. 2 navel oranges Salad greens

  3. 1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese

  4. 2 tablespoons orange juice

  5. 1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind

  6. 12 cooked prunes, chilled

  7. 1/2 cup French Dressing made with orange juice Or Mayonnaise-Cream Dressing

  1. Prepare grapefruit and oranges by removing peel and white rind and cutting into natural sections between membranes.

  2. Arrange on crisp salad greens on individual plates, alternating grape fruit and orange sections.

  3. Blend cream cheese with juice and grated rind.Pit prunes, and stuff with cheese, allowing 2 to each plate.

  4. Serve with dressing.
