  2. 1/2 cup broccoli florets -- finely chopped

  3. 1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream

  4. 3/4 ounce cheddar cheese -- shredded

  1. Preparation : In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and sour cream; stuff back into potato skin. Sprinkle with cheese and bake as directed in Basic Baked Potatoes. Serving (1 stuffed potato) provides: 1 veg, 1 pro, 2 bread 10 cal.
