  1. 2 slices of white bread

  2. 2 slices of brown bread

  3. 2 slices of spinach bread

  4. 6 tsp salted butter

  5. 1 cup Mint chutney

  6. 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)

  7. 3 tsp honey

  8. 3 tsp thick fresh cream

  9. 1 cup hung curds (dahi)

  10. 1 cup grated cucumber

  11. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder

  12. pepper to drizzle

  13. For the Mint Chutney:

  14. 1 cup mint leaves (phudina)

  15. 2 springs of coriander (dhania) leaves

  16. 2 green chillies

  17. 1 small sized raw mango, cut into pieces

  18. a pinch of salt

  1. In a mixer, blend together all the ingredients for the mint chutney.

  2. In a glass bowl,crumple the paneer and toss together with the mint chutney.

  3. Your filling 1 is ready.

  4. In a bowl mix honey and cream together.

  5. In a glass bowl,add the grated cucumber,jeera powder,salt and curd.

  6. Toss and use as filling 3.

  7. Now butter the bread slices evenly on one side only.

  8. Place a slice of buttered white bread on a plate.

  9. Spread filling 1 evenly over it.

  10. Now cover with a slice of buttered brown wheat bread.

  11. Spread filling 2 over this evely.

  12. Cover with a slice of buttered spinach bread.

  13. Spread filling 3 over the slice and drizzle some pepper powder.

  14. Cover the sandwich with a slice of buttered white bread.

  15. Repeat the same for all the other slices.

  16. Now with a round mould or cutter cut the sandwiches into round shaped circles and draw a ketchup smiley over it.

  17. Let your taste buds feast on this multi sumptuous nutri sandwich.
