  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh rosemary - chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh thyme - chopped

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Fresh bread crumbs Dijon mustard to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Add fresh herbs to breadcrumbs. Apply a generous amount of mustard and breadcrumbs to one side of the pork chops. Saute in olive oil, then add salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Continue to cook pork chops by placing them in a 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes. Yields 2 to 4 servings.
